1:1 Sessions with IX Kemppainen (Founder/Owner SISU Enlightened Protection and Creator of the Finding Legendary Protection Course) are intended to help those in need of the best personal protection available better understand what it looks like, how it works, and how and where to find it. The sessions are intended to compliment Finding Legendary Protection Course content, but are also available for independent purchase.
The course, its supplementary resources, and 1:1 sessions with IX Kemppainen are intended to enhance one’s understanding though aren’t a prescription in and of themselves for finding a solution tailored to a specific individual’s needs - nor could they be, given the complex and unpredictable nature of individual circumstance.
Clients should diligently seek to self-educate (beyond the FLPC course content, associated materials, and 1:1 sessions) and perform their own due diligence when seeking personal protection. By virtue of enrolling in the course and/or purchasing 1:1 sessions and accepting these premises you release SISU Enlightened Protection (SISU) and its principals of any and all claims related to your independent search for - or use of - personal protection services using learning(s) herein (be it for yourself or others). Neither SISU Enlightened Protection nor IX Kemppainen can guarantee results.
Upon payment, clients will receive quantity 3 one hour 1:1 sessions (180 minutes total) with IX Kemppainen. Clients will have 6 months from the date of purchase to schedule and complete these sessions lest they expire and become non-refundable. Extensions beyond this 6 month window are available upon approved written request only prior to the end of the 6 month window.
Introductory materials are hosted on Kajabi. User information and usage information reside therein. Kajabi's information security program(s) protect this data. SISU can make no guarantees with respect to the privacy of this data. It is in no way responsible for disputes, claims, losses, injuries or damage of any kind that may arise from breaches of Kajabi's security/privacy protocols.
Sessions will be hosted via Zoom or other/comparable platform. The sessions are not to be recorded by clients without express approval in writing from SISU. The selected medium may change at any time during the course of the relationship.
Zoom's information security program protects its platform's exchanges. SISU can make no guarantees with respect to the privacy of exchanges on Zoom. It is in no way responsible for disputes, claims, losses, injuries or damage of any kind that may arise from breaches of Zoom's security/privacy protocols.
Each session will begin at an agreed upon/pre-arranged time and be constrained to 60 minutes. Missed time and/or missed sessions can be made up at the sole discretion of SISU Enlightened Protection. Funds associated with missed time and/or missed sessions which are not made up will be deemed forfeit/not subject to reimbursement. Clients should provide 12+ hours notice in advance of any foreseeable missed time/missed sessions in order to reschedule without penalty. Instances wherein under 12 hours notice is provided will typically be subject to a rescheduling fee of $250.
SISU retains the right to reschedule (at no additional cost to the client) a session based on the availability of IX Kemppainen. Missed sessions will be rescheduled at an agreed upon date/time.
Unlikely occurrences of missed time resultant from tardiness on IX's behalf will be made up by going over the constrained 60 minute time slot or at an agreed upon date/time.
Unlikely tardiness/misses on IX's behalf are not subject to penalty - so long as advanced notice is provided. In the event no advanced notice is given the client will receive a credit comparable to cost/time missed.
SISU retains the right to cancel purchased sessions (in whole or in part) should it deem a client ill-suited for consultative services. Clients would be reimbursed by SISU in an amount equal to total package expenditure less cost/minute utilization.
SISU uses Atlassian's Trello to collaborate with 1:1 clients. The use of Trello is highly encouraged but not required. Information/resources hosted on Trello reside therein. Atlassian's information security program protects this data. Should you opt to use this unaffiliated 3rd party tool, SISU can make no guarantees with respect to the privacy of content posted therein. It is in no way responsible for disputes, claims, losses, injuries or damage of any kind that may arise from stored/shared content.
If you will be using the product(s) on behalf of an entity or other organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that entity or organization and you represent that you have such authority. “You” and “your” will refer to that entity or organization.
By purchasing products from SISU you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations relating thereto. You must read, agree, and accept all terms and conditions contained in this agreement and expressly referenced before purchase.
If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from and informed not to use or access the Finding Legendary Protection Course and its supplementary and associated resources made available by SISU.
Fees and Payments
You agree to pay SISU any and all fees for product(s) purchased in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for the same. When electing to pay the associated fee(s) by credit card, you represent and warrant that the credit card information you provide is correct and current and you will promptly notify SISU of any changes. Fraudulent transactions will be promptly reported to authorities.
Associated payments are processed using
Stripe. Stripe’s information security program protects this data. SISU can make no guarantees with respect to the security/privacy of Stripe transactions. It is in no way responsible for disputes, claims, losses, injuries or damage of any kind that may arise from breaches of Stripe's security/privacy protocols.
Grant of License
Upon purchase, permission will be granted to temporarily access the online offering entitled “The Finding Legendary Protection Course, 1:1 Sessions” and supplementary resources for personal, non-commercial, private viewing/consumption only. This permission is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
i. Modify or copy any associated materials
ii. Use or sell accessed materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
iii. Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software(s) contained on the associated website(s)
iv. Remove any proprietary notations from materials; or
v. Transfer the materials to another person or ‘mirror’ the materials elsewhere.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and the license may be terminated by SISU at any time for any reason. Upon terminating your use of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.

Revisions and Errata
The FLPC, associated materials, and 1:1 Session related content may include errors. SISU makes no promise that any of these are accurate, complete, or current. SISU may make changes to the FLPC and 1:1 Session construct(s) and associated materials at any time without notice. SISU separately makes no commitment to update these materials.

Terms and Conditions of Use - Modifications
SISU may revise these terms and conditions of use at any time without notice. Purchase/enrollment implies consent to be bound by the then current version. You will be responsible for ongoing and regular review of the same without prompting by SISU or others and expected to comply with the terms and conditions embodied therein.
Relationship of Parties
It is understood by you that your are a customer or licensee [in the case of the Finding Legendary Protection Course/1:1 Session site(s)] only.
Refund Policy
If a client wishes to cancel their 1:1 Sessions, they must provide written notice via email to
[email protected]. A client may cancel their associated contract at any time. The client will be refunded the remaining balance of any unused sessions (total package expenditure less cost/minute utilization.)
Non-Compete
You cannot compete with SISU by way of selling identical nor similar content gleaned from 1:1 Sessions with IX Kemppainen for a period of 2 years following purchase. Violation of these terms allows SISU to obtain necessary restraining order(s) from a Court of Competent Jurisdiction to stop such unlawful competition and seek associated relief.
Enforcement
In the event SISU must enforce any breach of these terms and conditions it will be entitled to the recovery of attorney fees and court costs associated with such recovery.
Governing Law(s)
Any claim relating to and/or against SISU shall be governed by the laws of Clark County, NV without regard to its conflict of law provisions. By way of these terms you agree to arbitration in any dispute en lieu of formal court proceedings.
Consent
Upon purchase, you consent to receive correspondence from SISU related to the FLPC, its private community, its supplementary materials, and 1:1 Sessions - separately correspondence related to other service offerings. Your enrollment information (and any supplementary information provided) may be used to identify “look-a-like” audiences for future advertising purposes. SISU maintains the right to use comments shared within its online platforms for marketing purposes. Their use will be non-attributable. In any case wherein there is a desire for attribution, your consent will be sought prior to.
Final Note
Upon review of these terms, acknowledgment that you “have read and agree to the terms and conditions of this page,” and by way of purchase, you are legally bound by the terms and conditions hereof.
